SWO collects books for children and young mothers

Members of Sufi Women and Sufi Youth collect children's books to donate to young mothers and children who particpate in the "Sufi Storytelling and Children's Literacy" program.

The Sufi Women Literacy Program has recently redesigned its goals. Sufi Storytelling and Children's Literacy are now combined in a special program: presenting stories of Sufi Wisdom and other sotires that promote wise judegement and self-esteem in children pre-school through second grade. Following our storytelling sessions, we provide a free selection of children's books for the children to take home.
